An agreement form must be signed and completed before the event. All vendors are asked to come early prior to scheduled event to properly set up vendor table. Tables not set prior to event will be forfeited and excluded from the events display. DWF strives for excellence, vendors who violate this rule will be charged a $25.00 fine for every 5 minutes they are late in setting up with a maximum fine of $50.00. All tables should be set 15 minutes prior to event. If table is not properly set by 10 minutes after start time, vendor will forfeit display opportunity.
